By autonomous regions, 73,978 foreigners will be able to vote in Valencia, 67,379 in Catalonia, 65,316 in Andalucía and 63,192 in Madrid.

Foreign residents are only eligible to vote in the municipal elections; they will not be able to have a vote for the Balearic parliament or the island councils. Una propuesta a la que también se han mostrado abiertas otras formaciones que forman parte del cuatripartito, como Nueva Canarias (NC), pero que suscita el rechazo rotundo del sector inmobiliario en el Archipiélago.

Thousands of British expats will now be able to use their DVLA-issued driving licences in Spain without needing to retake their tests. ... Someone with a UK or Gibraltar licence can exchange their driving licence for a Spanish one without taking a practical or theory test. They should aim to do this within six months from March 16, 2023, or within six months of the date they obtain their residence, whichever is later.
