La Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Supremo ... ha establecido en una sentencia que el suficiente grado de integración en la sociedad española que exige el Código Civil como requisito para obtener la nacionalidad, habitualmente medido en un cuestionario de preguntas formuladas a la persona solicitante, debe atemperarse y adecuarse en el caso de mujeres migrantes con deficiente formación cultural que determina una situación de especial vulnerabilidad.
