Se ha publicado la obra colectiva "Il diritto internazionale privato europeo delle successioni mortis causa", dirigida por los profesores P. Franzina y A. Leandro y publicada por la Editorial Giuffrè.

This book is one of the first books presenting a comprehensive analysis of the new Regulation. It is prepared by eminent experts in the field, of whom several were closely involved in the run up to the adoption of the Regulation and are currently taking part in the development of the European Certificate of Succession form. The very first draft of the Regulation and the European Certificate of Succession was prepared by the Italian Council of Notaries. Members of the Council were equally involved in the preparatory work in the expert group set up by the European Commission. Members of the Council of Notaries actively participated in the negotiations in the Council of the European Union and in hearings in the European Parliament. All this has contributed greatly to the adoption of the new Regulation and makes these persons particularly capable to explain the provisions of the Regulation, their background, the reasons why they are drafted as they are, what has been and what has not been possible to realise, and what remains for the future. The book will therefore offer a particularly valuable insight in the new Regulation, assisting practitioners who will need to get acquainted with the new rules.
