Novedades UE: Régimen de las sociedades de capital

Estudio sobre la posibilidad de sustituir el régimen vigente del capital social por otro alternativo semejante al norteamericano:

-Main Report: Feasibility study on an alternative to the capital maintenance regime established by the Second Company Law Directive 77/91/EEC of 13 December 1976 and an examination of the impact on profit distribution of the new EU-accounting regime.
-Commission: Results of the external study on the feasibility of an alternative to the Capital Maintenance Regime of the Second Company Law Directive and the impact of the adoption of IFRS on profit distribution.
