Comparative study on enforcement procedures in EU Member States regarding family rights
The Commission has received the final report of the study on enforcement procedures in EU Member States regarding family rights.
The objectives of the study are as follows:

The objectives of the study are as follows:
1. to provide a comparative analysis of 25 EU Member States' legislation, organisation, procedures and practices with regard to the enforcement of family law judgments;The study will serve as a basis for the Commission's future work in this area.
2. to identify the practical difficulties and problems in this area encountered by citizens including those which prevent or adversely affect the exercise of parental responsibility; and
3. to indicate possible solutions to these problems.
